Using this and working perfectly, 1% GST waiver and 4% value RPs. But just received only 250 cashback and no amazon voucher.

Sorry, it's surcharge waiver. 

If you fill 1000 worth fuel, your card gets charged 1011.8 and you'll get back 10.1. 1% surcharge and 18% GST on the surcharge. 

I haven't redeemed yet, but I can see amazon and Flipkart as of now in reward store.

For earlier IOCL credit card I have not received the Amazon gift voucher of Rs 500 and also 250 rupees extra cashback for fuel refill.{recieved only 250cb}. What to do? In nov 2022 i applied for card and did the transaction almost in same month btwn nov 20 to nov 25,2022

Call customer care and tell them you want to close account as cashback promised not provided.

You will recieve another 250 for the transaction done after 30 days.

How are you getting 4% RPs? Does it need specific POS machine?

I got 250 cb but now every time do fuel txn on every other Iocl pump, i only see 1% SW, no 4% in app txn details

Why do i see more than 1% surcharge on my card? Thats why i stopped using this card.

Supposed I filled 1k worth of fuel i see 1023.xx in my statment. And rebate only 1% ?

Edit - I will try again with Rs.100 of petrol.

I applied in first week of January and this is what they show me after all the details added.

In welcome letter mentioned that joining and annual fees is zero

I did transaction on iocl I got the rs. 250 cashback.

I got the welcome call later on and she mentioned that I will get another 250 when I will transact at IOCL after 30 days. That's sums up to 500

However she wasn't aware and denied about 500 amazon voucher. I think it says amazon voucher will be given within 60 days of activation so let's wait.

Not for me i used on iocl pump for rs. 1000 and debit amount was 1011.8 and credit was rs 10.01

I don't even have Account in Axis bank but still got this card as LTF.

Come on I am not going to ruin my score just for 500 rs Cashback. SBI bpcl is better
