Ryzen 5 4600h is better than i7 10th 10750h gen in some scenarios or equal to it in the most so i5 10th gen is surely weaker than ryzen 5 more over that ryzen series is less in power consumption when it comes to power vs performance as ryzen is built on 7nm vs i7 10th gen on 14nm++
Intel is yet to launch 7nm processors in 2021which might be available starting 2022

It is coming back in stock again and again. Bought one 2 hours ago. It went out of stock once while I was buying, but came back in stock again.

He is right. The performance of R5 4600H is comparable to i7 10th gen. Intel has fallen behind big time.

Nice. I saw reviews that its display has some cons and heating issues in laptop. Any idea? Also does it has ms office inbuilt.?  Reliance digital is offering this at 60k. After adding it in cart discount.

The one sold at Reliance Digital is slightly different. It has a metal lid, but the display is 60 Hz. Also, I had to buy it in exchange for my old laptop, so for me, Amazon was the only option.

All the laptops in the competition are using the exact same display (Asus Tuf A15, HP Pavilion Gaming 15, Lenovo Ideapad gaming or Acer Nitro 5)

And from what I have heard/seen in videos, other ryzen 4000 series laptops also run hot (90+ degrees). It’s just that TUF A15 came first, so got infamous for it. There is only a slight difference between these laptops for the heating.

Try arranging “Amazon pay ICICI credit card” for 5% cashback wink

Any recommendation for laptop for studies and gaming. I am going for MS in Mechanical Engineering. So there will be some heavy programs.

I can recommend just one thing. If you are going for MS in the USA, buy laptop from there itself. It’s cheaper there. If going to Europe for MS, then it could be cheaper in India, but it differs case by case, or rather country by country.

Yes , if you push graphics card to its limits then it would heat up and in normal usage it would be warm not hot + silent and comfortable to use. Temp are actualy good depending upon room temp when using normally or gaming in AC room and in upcoming winters it would be comfortable.

Just found out about Amazon screwing up the orders and delivering previous year’s model to many people. I cancelled my order partly due to that and partly due to some other reasons.

Yeah, I have learned that they have recalled all the orders in transit, and will ship again after checking each one again. Waiting for it to be in stock. Already arranged Amazon Pay card stuck_out_tongue

As it has been in stock (on and off) recently, do you think I should wait for mid-October festive sales (BBD, Great Indian sale etc) or should buy now with Amazon pay card?

I will get only the hard disk. Extra warranty doesn’t seem worth it to me.

If you go for Hp pavillion so it willl cost you 65k and you will get 60hhz display and you will have to add ssd else its useless to spend 65k on a laptop without ssd . But Hp has better after sales service. yea keyboard is not RGB on HP but not everyone is the fan of rgb but on the other side its great to have color option for backlit as not everyone is conformable with violet backlit keyboard.

In Asus too you need to add extra storage like 1tb hdd as 512 ssd is not sufficient for gaming 1-2 big games are fine but if you gonna install like 10-15 then 1tb or 2tb HDD/ssd expansion is needed

Card Amazon acoount se link hota hai. So jiska card hai, uske amazon account mei. Aur card wale ka account prime hona chahiye for 5% cashback. Jis account se order kroge uska prime hona matter ni krta.
