You can use it for for all your bill payments and also can transfer it to some merchant's QR. Merchant QR transfer is works with some specific merchant or just with bajaj merchant I guess.

Whats the use of bajaj pay gift card ?

Money will be in bajaj wallet.
If you are KYC user then you can pay by BAJAJ pay wallet UPI.
means for merchant payment you will get 5% off.
Also you can use for bill payment, recharge etc on bajaj app.
Will not work for credit card bill payment.
