1. What is the offer?

Get Up to 10% Savings with ICICI Bank Credit/Debit Cards, on purchase of any product listed in the Super Value Day or Amazon Pantry or Fresh Store. The Offer is valid on the following dates in December 2021 i.e. 4th – 7th December. Please check the product page for offer eligibility.

2. How can I avail this offer?

Just go through the normal purchase process and checkout with the eligible products. On the payment page, please select your saved ICICI Bank Card to pay.

3. What is the minimum transaction size for the offer?

As long as Rs. 2,500 is spent on the Credit Card and Debit Card for purchase of eligible products on each cart separately (Pantry, Fresh) you will be eligible for the offer during respective check out.

4. What is the maximum Savings that I can avail?

5. Is discount applicable on debit and credit cards?

Yes, the discount is available on ICICI Bank Credit and Debit Cards.

6. Can I avail discount on EMI?

The discount is NOT applicable on EMI transactions.

7. I did not receive the discount. Why?

Please make sure you are using an eligible card, and have eligible Pantry and Fresh products worth of minimum purchase value or more in each cart separately (Pantry, Fresh).

Example:

a) Pantry cart value is Rs. 2500, max discount is Rs 250

b) Fresh cart value is Rs. 2500 and Pantry cart value is Rs. 6000

If Fresh cart is checked out first, discount on Fresh would be Rs. 250 and Pantry discount would be Rs. 250.

If Pantry cart is checked out first then discount on Pantry would be 500 and fresh would be Rs. 0.

c) Pantry cart value is Rs. 1000 and Fresh cart value is Rs. 1000 irrespective of checkout sequence discount on both will be Rs. 0 as this transaction doesn’t meet the minimum transaction criteria of either carts.

8. My payment failed while placing the order, will I be eligible for the offer?

If your payment failed while placing the order, Amazon.in gives you an option to revise your payment. If you revise your payment successfully within the offer duration, you will be eligible for the offer. For more information on revise payment, click here
