You are at mercy of creditors until they pay as you have no option to get out but wait for end of tenure. (While in stocks and bonds (given liquidity) you at least have an option to book loss and get out if you have need of cash)

I also came across a site (growpital) where we lend to agriculture/farm projects with 10-16% returns,where returns also tax free as profit given by the Farm project entity, which is an LLP, as per section 10(2A). The earnings of the LLP is agriculture income, and is exempted under Section 10(1) of the Income Tax Act,1961 in India.
Its also new investment opportunity which we never new before but i see risk in it more than betterinvest.Its all your take.

I'm just pointing out the risks as the amount of Investment here is higher and ppl should not realise it later that omg I didn't knew it this could happen or I have to be invested until maturity as I know few will jump in just seeing the referral reward
Also the risks are clearly mentioned on website itself that tenure may get extended for any reason and in worst case you may also loose entire capital but people don't read it and believe it until they experience the loss (normal human nature
