I get a call from store manager say that we can only delivered 2 kg per account or you have to come to store for 40 kg of order but after requesting him he say at at end of my shift he will come to delivered me in his personal vehicle .
It’s showing as delivered, but they have not even attempted the delivery
I think they need an OTP at the time of delivery. Without OTP how they can show order as delivered. Wait for sometime or complain on Twitter or big bazaar toll free helpline no.
