SCOPE OF THE CONSUMER OFFER:

 

               The “Bikaji Khao London Jao” is a consumer offer launched, executed and sponsored by Bikaji Foods International Limited.

 

              This Consumer Offer is applicable to a selected range of products, wherein to participate in this Consumer Offer, the consumer must purchase any promotional pack as defined hereinunder.

 

               These terms and conditions govern this Consumer Offer and all aspects thereof. DEFINITIONS:

 

               Agency(s) shall mean “Genefied Brand Protection Solutions Private Limited”, “Rewardport Corporate Solutions Private Limited” & “3 Brothers and Fils”

               Consumer offer shall mean this Consumer Offer (i.e., Bikaji Khao London Jao or BKLJ) launched by Bikaji Foods International Limited

               Consumer Offer Period shall mean the period of this Consumer Offer, as defined hereinunder.

              Customer(s) shall mean any person, who purchases any pack(s) of Bikaji’s brand of products, featuring the Bikaji Khao London Jao Promotion on the packaging, on the following products:

Bhujia No. 1 400g and 1kg

Sab Kuch 400g and 1kg

Tana Bana 400g and 1kg

Kuch Kuch 400g and 1kg

Tana Tan 400g and 1kg

Chowpati Bhelpuri 300g

Kaju Kismis Mix 350g

           during the Consumer Offer Period, as defined herein.

 

              Participant(s) shall means any Customer availing or engages in this consumer offer, upon fulfilling the Eligibility Criteria (as defined hereunder) and participating in the ‘Spin The Wheel’ activity, as per the mode of participation, as outlined hereunder.

                Terms & Conditions shall means these Terms and Conditions governing this Consumer Offer.

               Winner(s) shall means the Participant(s), who win gifts through the ‘Spin The Wheel’ activity, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

               Immediate family members means spouse, parents, brother, sister and child. 

 

CONSUMER OFFER PERIOD:

 

              The Consumer Offer will commence at 10:00:00 AM Indian Standard Time (“IST”) on Wednesday, August 07, 2024 (“Start Date”) and will continue until November 30, 2024 11:59:59 PM IST (“End Date”) (“Consumer Offer Period”). Bikaji reserves the right to cancel/ modify/ extend the Consumer Offer Period, at its sole discretion, without giving any prior notice or intimation.

 

               Non-promo packs will also be available in the market during the promotional period.

 

               Further, certain stock of Bikaji Products featuring the Consumer Offer may be available before the Consumer Offer Period or may continue to be available even after the Consumer Offer Period. However, prospective Participants acknowledge and agree that participation in the Consumer Offer is only permitted within the specified Consumer Offer Period and further, agree not to raise any claim or complaint against the Bikaji, its affiliates or its agents regarding this matter. However, Bikaji/ Agency(s) reserves the exclusive right to accept or reject request received during the Consumer Offer Period, if any.

 

TERRITORY AND APPLICABLE LAWS:

 

              Subject to the other criteria and conditions stated in the terms of the Consumer Offer, the offer will be open to all the residents of India and within India, except the State of Tamil Nadu.

 

              The Consumer Offer is subject to all the applicable central, state and local laws and regulations of India.

 

ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE:

 

              This Consumer Offer is available to every individual, who is 18 years of age or above and residing in India.

 

              Participant should not be facing or involved in any criminal, civil or other legal proceedings, which could adversely affect their participation in the Consumer Offer in any way.

 

               Director, management or employees of Bikaji, along with their immediate family members, as well as individuals associated with the agency(s) and their family members, company’s respective agents, distributors, retailers and/ or any other channel partner(s), firms or companies associated and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this Consumer Offer. If any such case is found, then Bikaji has full rights to revoke such winner’s reward won in this Consumer Offer.

 

              By participating in this Consumer Offer, each Participant agrees and consents to provide their Mobile number and/ or WhatsApp number to Bikaji/ Agency(s), as applicable (if it has not been previously provided) for the purpose of written/ verbal communications by Bikaji/Agency(s), as applicable, with regard to the Consumer Offer. Participants, who don’t possess a valid Mobile number and/ or WhatsApp number will be ineligible to participate in the Consumer Offer.

 

               The Winner of the ‘London Trip’ prize must possess a valid passport with the validity till at least September 30, 2025, subject to applicable laws, along with the necessary documents. Additionally, it is strongly advised and suggested that the winner ensures that they are in good health and capable to travel to London.

 

                Participants, upon request by Bikaji/ Agency(s), must provide their PAN Card and Passport/ Aadhar Card (collectively referred to as the “ID Proof”) for the purpose of verification.

 

              In the event wherein any of the required documents are unavailable for any reason, Bikaji/ Agency(s) reserves the right to withdraw the reward and such decision shall be final and binding.

 

              Bikaji/ Agency(s) reserves the right to exclude any individual from participating in the Consumer Offer on grounds, including but not limited to misconduct, misrepresentation, coercion, fraud, deceit or for any other reasons, deemed appropriate. No correspondence or appeals regarding such exclusion from the Participant or his representatives shall be entertained by Bikaji/ Agency(s).

 

HOW TO PARTICIPATE/ AVAIL THE OFFER:

 

              In order to avail this Consumer Offer, Participants have to follow these steps:

 

Buy a Bikaji Product featuring the consumer offer on it

Scan the QR code on the pack, which will take you to a landing page of Consumer Offer (such scan shall be done through a Mobile Phone only, no other means will be permitted under this consumer offer)

On the landing page, enter your details, as requested and click on the submit button

Enter the verification code received on the mobile number provided by the Participant in the step 3 above

Open the pack, find the unique code printed inside the featured pack

Enter the unique code, as requested

Spin the wheel by clicking on the button and win the assured gift

Click on the option to ‘Claim Your Reward’ and follow the instructions.

              To claim the stated prizes, winner must adhere to the detailed procedure outlined in the process guideline provided in Annexure A (as enclosed herewith).

 

               The prizes and other requirements mentioned herein are subject to change at the sole discretion of Bikaji, in order to maintain equity and fairness of this Consumer Offer.

 

              Winner shall not trade/ sell/ transfer or encumber the prizes or seek refund thereof. Bikaji/ Agency(s) shall not be held responsible for any such actions or violation. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash, except cashback rewards. Additionally, the prize cannot be combined with any other promotional offers.

 

              The Prize will be provided on an “as-is where-is basis” and Bikaji/ Agency(s) makes no express or implied warranty or guarantee concerning the quality, condition, suitability or comfort of the Prize. The Bikaji/ Agency(s), their associates, directors, officers, agents and representatives shall have no liability for any defect, deficiency or dispute arising in relation to and/ or concerning the Prize. Bikaji/ Agency(s) will not entertain any claims or complaints, whatsoever, regarding the Prize.

 

                Bikaji/ Agency(s) shall not be liable for any deficiency and/ or defect in or relating to, any product/ service and/ or the Prizes, nor for any consequential damages, losses, bodily harm, injury or death, in any manner, whatsoever.

                Bikaji/ Agency(s) shall not be held responsible or liable, if a Participant is unable to travel to the London (under Prize of Trip to London) due to failure to obtain a valid Visa, relevant travel documents or necessary approvals within the applicable timeframe or any other reason and Bikaji/ Agency(s) will not entertain any claims or disputes arising from such issues
