Promotion Details, Concept and Participation

Coke® Festive promotion(“Promotion”) is a consumer promotion organised by Coca-Cola India Private Limited (“CCIPL”), wherein participants (defined hereinbelow) upon participating in accordance with the terms and conditions herein to win the Prize(s) mentioned in Clause 7, in accordance with the terms and conditions mentioned herein.

The Promotion shall be valid for the individuals residing in India(“Promotion Territory”)and shall be accessible upon scanning the QR code on 1L Coca-Cola® Promotion PET packs (“Promotion Products”).By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Persons as per Clause 5 (each a “Participant”) accepts and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions of the Promotion (“ PromotionTerms”).

It is hereby clarified that the Participant may participate in the Promotion multiple times and they shall win the “Prize(s)” as per Clause 7.

Amazon Pay Gift Cards worth Rs. 50/- shall be available across the Promotion Period, in limited allocation, on a daily basis, and subject to the discretion of CCIPL.

The daily allocation will be dynamic and flexible. Day starts from 12:00 pm to 10:00pm.

The Promotion is advertised and promoted,inter alia, through media including digital media, point of sale materials, public announcements, website, and other available media.

The Promotion is subject to all applicable central, state, and local laws and regulations.

Promotion Period

This Promotion will commence at 12:00:00 pm Indian Standard Time (IST) on 1 ^st September 2024and will continue until 10:00:00 pm IST on 30^th November2024 ("Promotion Period”). Any registrations received outside the Promotion Period shall not be eligible for the Prize(s) and shall not be carried forward to any other promotional scheme ahead.

Prizes and Winners

During the Promotion Period, Participants on the basis of valid participation as per the Terms of Clause 6, shall win the following Prize (“Prize”):

The winners of the Prize(s) (each a “Winner”) may access details of their Prize(s) under the My Winnings section of the Promotion Website.

It is hereby clarified that the Participant may participate in the Promotion multiple times, but he/she shall win the Rs.50/- Amazon Pay Gift Cards up to a maximum of two (2) times, per Mobile Number during the Promotion Period.
