These terms and conditions (the “T&C’s”) apply to this promotional offer (the “Promotional Offer”) for consumers, which is sponsored and brought to you by Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited (“Colgate”)and conducted by Reliance Retail Ltd (“Customer”) on the Product i.e. select Colgate Palmolive products available across select stores and cities. For select stores and Product information, please check with your store manager to check the availability of the Promotional Offer.
The Promotional Offer is valid only in India from 1/Feb/2021 to 28/Feb/2021 subject to availability of the Products. Promotion is open to citizens of India only and persons above 18 years of age. The Promotional Offer shall not be valid for the state of Tamil Nadu.
Under the Promotional Offer, the eligible consumers will get to be part of a lucky draw contest and get a chance to win a wallet balance of JioMart worth 5000 Indian rupees.
Consumers purchasing select Colgate Products with a minimum value of 100 rupees will be eligible to be part of the contest in select stores where this offer is operational.
Reliance reserves the right to cancel/ change/modify/add/delete any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without notice. In such a situation Reliance if possible, will replace the Promotional offer reward worth the equivalent value as per availability. This will complete our promotional obligation. Colgate shall not be responsible for any changes made by the Customer.
Reliance reserves the right to deny honoring the benefit on the grounds of suspicion or abuse of the offer by any shopper without providing shopper any explanation thereof
The reward cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or credit nor can be exchanged for another Gift Voucher/Gift Card. Also, it cannot be re-validated once past expiry date.
The reward cannot be exchanged for smaller eGift voucher denominations.
Colgate or Reliance shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using the gift voucher. The holder of the voucher shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the voucher and the credentials mentioned on it.
Customer may change (add to, delete, or amend) its booking terms from time to time.
The customer data received during the Promotional Offer by Colgate is confidential and will not be used or shared with any individual or entity for any further analysis/ promotion. The data will be discarded once the Promotional Offer ends. Consumers sharing any data on the Customer platform will be subject to the privacy terms of the Customer, as may be applicable and Colgate shall not be responsible for the same.
The participating customer may, at the request of Colgate participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the gratification, free of charge, and they consent to COLGATE-PALMOLIVE (INDIA) LIMITED for using their name and image in promotional material. Such participating customer agrees and consents to Colgate to cover the aforesaid Promotional activity through various media including newspapers, radio television news channels, internet, point of sale materials, etc., and shall not raise any objection, protest or demur to such coverage or in this regard
The decision of Colgate or its Customer, as regards to the Promotional Offer shall be final. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.
No queries, claims, dispute, complaints or grievances pertaining to the Promotional Offer shall be entertained by Colgate and its Customer from the date of the closure of the Promotional Offer.
The prize cannot be exchanged, and is not transferable and cannot be converted into cash.
The use of Customer name in this terms and conditions is only for the purpose of explaining the terms and conditions hereof, and does not in any manner confer, assign or transfer or associate the trademarks or other rights of Customer in Colgate. There is no principal agency, joint venture, associate or any other relationship between Colgate and Customer, except that both entities have a principal to principal relationship.
This Promotional Offer shall be subject to Indian Laws and in case of any disputes, the Courts at Mumbai, shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
Total number of winners will be 250 in the contest.
Details of winners will be available at all stores where contest is running after the contest gets over.
