1. What is the minimum and maximum time limit to do the bookings?

A minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 12 days' advance notice is mandatory to make a booking.

2. What are the inclusions and exclusions in the menu?

The offer is valid across a select range of lunch buffet/set menu selections at the select restaurant. Each venue may have a separate selection that falls under this offer. The customer is advised to call the restaurant in advance and check for details prior to usage.

3. What is the offer provided in this promo? How many people are eligible to avail the offer?

This is an offer for a maximum of two people only and is applicable only for the dinner buffet/set menu. Side dishes and extras are not included. Beverages and other items ordered which do not form part of this offer will be charged at actual at the restaurant at their standard menu prices. Any additional people accompanying the voucher holder will have to pay full price at actuals as charged by the participating venue/restaurant. Any additional courses or beverages ordered must be paid in extra at actual by the customers on clearing the bill at the restaurant.

4. Is the offer also available for home delivery?

Offer valid only for dine-in customers and not valid on home delivery.

5. What is the cancellation policy in the promo?

No changes or rescheduling of your bookings can be made a post-booking submission on the promotional website.

6. Can I go to the venue directly?

As part of the terms of this promotion, the venues/restaurants do not entertain direct walk-in customers. All customers are requested to make reservations in advance via the promotional website. No registrations or bookings will be entertained via call/email mode of communication.
