DETAILS OF THE CAMPAIGN AND HOW TO ENTER:

This Campaign will commence from 15th March 2021 at 12:00 AM and end at 12:00 p.m. on 13th June 2021 (“Campaign Period”). Any entries before or after the Campaign Period will not be considered.

We reserve our right to cancel/modify/extend the Campaign Period or the T&Cs applicable to this Campaign without giving any prior notice to You. No claims/questions shall be entertained in this regard.

The products within the scope of this Campaign are the limited edition promo packs of Cadbury Fuse Rs 35, Cadbury 5 Star 3D Rs 30 and Cadbury Dairy Milk Crispello Rs 30 (“Products”). Participation in the Campaign is subject to purchase of any one of the Product in the market during the Campaign Period. The Products in scope are popular products among consumers in India and this Campaign is subject to availability of the same in the market. We or Execution Partner shall not be held responsible for any circumstance leading to non-availability of the Products in the market.

If you are one of the Participants who has/ve bought the Product and followed all other instructions as provided in these T&Cs, You will be entitled to be included a random draw of lots which will be carried out amongst other Participants who have also fulfilled these T&Cs. A total of up to 2700 Campaign winners will be selected from the computerised selection and will be eligible for the Prizes (defined below). Every day we will select UP TO 30 Winners (UP TO 10 Winners per Product) through Computerised Selection from Participants who will win Daily Prize. At the end of the Campaign Period through a computerised selection, UP TO 36 Winners might get a chance to Win UK Trip and UP TO 2 Winners might get a chance to Win ‘Your Home Debut’ Prize.

Each declared winner(s) will be eligible to win any one of the below mentioned prizes provided in clause 3 (“The Prize”).

How to Register:

To Participate in the Campaign, Participants shall follow the following steps:

the Participant at his/her sole discretion will have to buy any one of the limited-edition Products.
Identify the correct Lot/Batch Number that is printed on the pack of either of the Products;

Participants are required to type the "Batch Code” and send an SMS to 85508 85508 using a valid mobile number of any mobile service provider within India:

E.g. If the Batch Code is XYA12345 the participant needs to SMS XYA12345 to 85508 85508;

When the Participant sends an SMS in valid format during the Campaign Period, he/she will receive an acknowledgement SMS response and such entries will be considered for shortlisting selection process through a computerised selection process subject to other Terms & Conditions of the Campaign. Standard charges for sending SMS will apply as charged by the Service Provider and shall be borne by the Participant.

If a Participant SMSs before the Campaign starts on 15th March 2021 at 12:00:00 AM, it will be considered as an invalid entry. The Participant can still retain the pack and SMS the code posts the commencement of the Campaign Period but should register before the end date of the Campaign Period.

If a Participant participates after the Campaign ends on 13th June 2021 at 11:59:59 PM, it will be considered an invalid entry and will not be eligible to take part in the Campaign.

For any SPAM, generated messages
For the Operator Code, not being displayed on the user’s mobile phones
For any SMS message delivery failures
Any lost, late or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures or any kind of any failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reason
If the participant has registered himself to the DND of the telecom provider/ the participant has registered with National Do Not Call Registry/ Participant has specifically requested for not receiving messages for the specific Campaign
Other conditions beyond its reasonable control.

Haha I highly doubt that these are available in my city as of now , even if they are, they r available at my local shop. I will be glad with merchandise only .Yeah n seeing these terms and conditions , they start to seem like as if they r open to the whole world. As too many winners for UK trip, I know India is populous n are they going generous taking into account the population like ok how unfair to hv 2 winners with such a high population

Got a call from Mumbai landline saying they need all details like, Name, Batch code and wrapper photo to enter into contest. I have asked if I have won anything, they told No. So didnt give details and asked to cancel my entry.
