I paid 3.7 Lakhs towards my kotak card yesterday....amount was debited, but transaction showing as failed in cheq app....my due date is just 4 days away...
Cheq app customer support is non existent....they don't reply in their twitter, linkedin nor they have emailed back to my query....
app just say refund will be done in 5 to 7 days....
Pls dont pay your bills if your due date is nearing....

This is the reason most of my fellow colleagues, friends use Cred, it credits so quickly that people don't even care about 1% and stuff. I pay from HDFC billpay, but I've seen most paying on the very last day or the 2-3 days before so if it takes time it's a mess. Axis and ICICI takes the most time. SBI, RBL takes a few mins in HDFC. But cred does most quickly.
