Terms & Conditions: Cashback on spends using Citi Credit Card (“Offer”)
1. Offer shall be valid between 20 th November 2021 00:00 Hrs and 19 th February 2022 23:59 Hrs (“Offer
Period”).
2. This Offer is valid for a select set of credit card customers (“Customer”) who have received the
invitation to the offer via email/SMS/mobile app notification from Citibank. The offer is eligible only
for the card which has been mentioned in the communication.
3. Please note that transactions should be enabled for domestic or international merchants on your
card to make the purchases for the offer. You can enable these transactions by visiting Citi.asia/AMC
on your mobile or Citi.asia/CMC on computer/laptop.
4. Customers having Citi Credit Cards only – Customers to transact during the offer period.
5. Customers should make minimum cumulative spends of Rs 5000 each during the period 20 th Nov
2021 – 19 th Dec 2021 (“Period 1”), 20 th Dec 2021 – 19 th Jan 2022 (“Period 2”) and 20 th Jan 2022 – 19 th
Feb 2022 (“Period 3”)
6. Add-on cards are not eligible for this offer.
7. Corporate, Prestige and Ultima Credit Cards are not eligible for this offer.
8. The cumulative spends should be Rs 5000 in every period to be eligible for cashback.

poor offer, you need to spend 15000 for 400 cashback, that too in different period otherwise they will not give cashback

Being with citi from the past 7 years, never got such spend based offer

Well now citi credit card is sinking boat, no offer, no spend based offer, no attractive cards,

I have received 2000rs cashback for same 5000*3 spend.
To avail the Offer, the customers need to perform the following:
a. Customer should check the eligible card number, basis the last 4 digits of the card number
mentioned in the communication via Email/SMS.
b. Customers to make minimum cumulative spends of Rs 5000 in each period to receive the
eligible cashback
c. Customer should make minimum cumulative spends of Rs 5000 for the first time in the 1st
period to get a cashback of Rs.500.
d. Customer should make minimum cumulative spends of Rs 5000 again during the 2nd period
to get a cumulative cashback of Rs.1000.
e. Customer should make minimum cumulative spends of Rs 5000 for 3 periods in a row to get
a cumulative cashback of Rs.2000.
f. Customers can transact for the first time during the 2nd period of the campaign and second
time during the 3rd period to be eligible for a cumulative cashback of Rs. 1000.
g. Customers can transact for the first time during the 3rd period of the campaign and be
eligible for a cashback of Rs.500.
h. Customer who transacts during 1st period and skips the 2nd period, then transacts during the

rd period will be eligible only for Rs.1000 cashback. Therefore, the customer is not eligible
for getting cumulative cashback of Rs.2000.
i. The 3 periods being considered for the offer are: 20th Nov 2021 – 19th Dec 2021 (“Period 1”),
20th Dec 2021 – 19th Jan 2022 (“Period 2”) and 20th Jan 2022 – 19th Feb 2022 (“Period 3”)
10. Maximum cumulative cashback per customer under this Offer is: Rs. 2000
