Had availed similar offer from sep-dec2020.
Even citi cc do not know whether i am eligible again or not

I had availed this offer during September to November last year. Paid rent using them in Jan and February as well. RedGirraffe support team is telling that one user can avail cashback only once.

I read somewhere Red🦒 doesn’t ask agmt for rent up to 20k so maybe if ur rent is exactly 20k u may be in luck

No where it is mentioned that user if availed offer previously can’t avail again. I don’t know 🤷🏼‍♂️ what are grounds to deny cb 💰 What reason they specified?

I signed up for this offer in around October 2020.

Paid rent for November 2020, December 2020 & January 2021 from Citibank CC.

Have got Rs. 750 cashback for November 2020 rent payment. Yet to get Rs. 1,000 and Rs. 1,250 for December 2020 and January 2021 respectively. Although, the promised cashback has already crossed for December 2020 rent payment. Will have to contact Citibank customer care for same.

Also, signed up for next phase of same offer and have already paid rent for months – February, March and April 2021. Had a talk with RedGiraffe customer care and was told that I can’t avail the offer on same RedGiraffe Property ID. So, I signed up for new RedGiraffe Property ID with same rent agreement and paid under that. Hoping for the best.

But I’m sick and tired of running behind customer care these days. HDFC is so irritating in this area, they only know to give offers but rarely fulfill.

Bro I knew of such offer in past and had told my colleague who had citi cc and he also used offer.
For one pymt cb was delayed… it came after 4+ months 😑
So keep little patience and yes as u said hope for the best 🌈

My rent agreement will expire at end of this month. I will register new id now with new agreement. Though not sure will Citibank honour it or not as it could be once per card as well. Though it’s not written anywhere in their offer TnCs but you never know.

Yes registering with new id appears necessary but not sufficient condition for cb 😅
