It’s 120 gm x 4 packs = 480 gm  or 240 gm x 2 pack = 480 gm

Based on the reviews

People living in Indian cities worrying about fluoridated toothpaste makes me chuckle. joy

It’s not poison. If anything, it prevents tooth decay and only audience it is not recommended to is little kids who have a propensity of swallowing toothpaste.

I do neem ki daatun
I have no idea what fluoride does or does not, it’s your field of expertise
But I surely know one thing :
People doing toothpaste have problems > those doing Daatun
relieved

Everyone swallows it unintentionally (in variable quantities though) , not sure what effects it might have on the body as am no expert, but its a chemical after all confused

You could neem ka datun for it’s benefits and you can use fouride toothpaste for the benefits neem wouldn’t provide.

Just for information, flouride is added to water supplies around the world, as a supplement. One time toothpaste has 1 mg flourides(we don’t even swallow them), 1 litre water we drink has 3-25mg in India.

National Insititute of Health USA concludes that there isn’t enough flouride in all these toothpastes for optimal dental benefits. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC46...

The Fit Tuber being posted in this thread is nothing but another one of those pseudo-scientist Youtubers regurgitating content from sensational articles. What will lead to flouride poisoning is untreated water we drink (that too, over a period of years!) that can have upto 20mg flouride per litre. Flouride content in toothpaste is practically irrelevant unless you eat toothpaste as dessert.

Also, the bit about toothpaste people having more problems as compared to datun is something you made up. smile

Two kind of individuals in India use neem datun, ones in village and the health conscious city dwellers.

What contributes to villagers having lesser dental issues is a natural diet devoid of excessive sugar, oil and junk. As for health concisous city people, what saves them is awareness.

For me, it isn’t this or that. I would happily use my neem datun and flouride toothpaste. grinning

Hmm right, i have also given up refined sugar, processed and packaged food. Using Sarso ka tel for years now in cooking, that too within limits.
So yeah, being healthy is a combination of a lot of factors.
