Bro, it’s a survey. You’ve to select your own answers, which apply to you. For eg., for gender, you’ve to select Male or Female, depending upon what you’re.

i mostly get survey upload failed after entire process so nothing,,,,,if not eligible will get 10 points …

No idea bro. May be you should use latest version of the App, and Log out & Re-Login before starting the Survey. Also, before Clicking on the Submit button, make sure full network is available.
Hope this help. Though, I never faced this error till now, also hope not in future too.
