I hope if purchased with SBI Cashback card then 15% (pvr) + 5% (SBI CC) = 20% off right?

So 5% cashback on 15% discounted gv will be 4.25% effectively.. making it 19.25% rather than 20%

This is not a good offer. I remember getting 50% cashback on any movie ticket. Watched super 30 at dirt cheap price without compromising seat comfort.

Those days are gone and ticket prices gone up as well. Max discount now a days is usually 25-30% (leaving premium credit card offers which many don't have)

This is my least favorite offer on movie tickets.  There are tons of cc/dc offers, discounted gvs etc. 4th ticket has a cap of 200 too.

Indeed. And the title of this deal is very misleading! Complimentary ticket! What complimentary when it's only upto rs 200 on 4th ticket!
