I don’t trust Pharmeasy regarding such offers. Last time I got trolled by them. They were showing a banner wide and large on their homepage, that one would get Rs 200 Amazon Gift Card by using some coupon code (AMZN200) upon purchase. No minimum order limit was mentioned. Still, I ordered Rs 1000 worth of medicines to get free shipping and used the coupon code that applied successfully on the order. The order was delivered but still, no gift card was given! I emailed customer care about the issue and they replied back that the minimum order limit for such a purchase was Rs 1299!! I asked them why did the coupon get applied if the cart order did not satisfy coupon requirements but they kept replying back with the same garbage answer that the minimum purchase limit was not met. I gave up finally since anyways they were giving a 15% discount on medicines by default and I need those medicines at that time.
Bottom line: Only use coupons that give an instant discount and avoid those that promise some reward for the future. Companies nowadays can hardly be trusted for such things anymore just like Amazon is behaving now with cashback these days.
Lets see.. 
I ordered and paid still now did not receive 3month prime membership
Btw Pharmeasy codes will always apply regardless of order amount.
But benefit will apply only on the amount set at their end.
The way to verify if this is working is to see if you are getting 18% off on the added items
