Ink marking should be only on Left Index finger as per Election Commission rules, unless someone does not have the left index finger, middle, ring, little finger in that order, if no finger is there in the left hand, it should be marked in the right hand in the same order.

Voting is like PayTM.. The cash back offers only come in after wards.. Most of the time it is 5% or less.. And the T&C are hard to understand.. I like the good old days when IG used to give saries right after voting.. That’s called Flat assured cashbacks.. This PhonePE thing is mostly BLNT..
