Eligible Customers	HDFC Bank Credit Cardholders who haven’t made any rent payment on any rent platform including but not limited to CRED, NoBroker, Housing.com, Magic Bricks, PayTM using their HDFC Bank Credit Card between 1^st November 2020 and 31^st May 2021 are Eligible for the offer.

	In case a customer has done a rent transaction between 1^st November 2020 and 31^st May 2021 on an older card which is now renewed/ reissued/ replaced/upgraded the cardholder would not be eligible for the offer.

	In case a customer has done a rent transaction between 1^st November 2020 and 31^st May 2021 on a supplementary (add-on) card, the primary cardholder would not be eligible for the offer and vice versa.
Illustrations	1) Mr. ABC does one rental payment for INR 30,000 in each of June 2021, July 2021 and August 2021 using his HDFC Bank Credit Card. He would qualify for the offer as he has made rental payment in month 1 (1^st June – 30^th June 2021). He would get all the three gift vouchers (INR 2021) as he has made rental payment above Rs. 15,000 in each of month 1, 2, and 3.
	2) Mr. ABC does one rental payment for INR 30,000 in June 2021 using his HDFC Bank Credit Card but doesn’t pay rent in July 2021 and August 2021 using his HDFC Bank Credit Card. He would qualify for the offer as he has made rental payment in month 1 (1^st June – 30^th June 2021). He would, however get only one gift voucher (INR 500) as he has made rental payment above Rs. 15,000 in only month 1.
	3) Mr. ABC does one rental payment for INR 30,000 in each of June 2021 and July 2021 using his HDFC Bank Credit Card but doesn’t pay rent in August 2021 using his HDFC Bank Credit Card. He would qualify for the offer as he has made rental payment in month 1 (1^st June – 30^th June 2021). He would, however get only two gift voucher (500 + 750) as he has made rental payment above Rs. 15,000 in only month 1 and 2.
	4) Mr. ABC does not make rental payment in June 2021 but uses his HDFC Bank Credit Card to make rental payment for INR 30,000 in each of July 2021 and August 2021 using his HDFC Bank Credit Card. He would not qualify for the offer as he hasn’t made any rent payment in month 1 (1^st June – 30^th June 2021).
	5) Mr. ABC does one rental payment for INR 10,000 in each of June 2021, July 2021 and August 2021 using his HDFC Bank Credit Card. He would not qualify for the offer as the transaction values are less than the threshold of Rs. 15,000/month.

Detailed Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is valid only for Eligible customers who make Qualified transactions the definition of which is provided below.

2. Eligible Customers – HDFC Bank Credit Cardholders who haven’t made any rent payment on CRED, NoBroker, Housing.com, Magicbricks or PayTM using their HDFC Bank Credit Card between 1st November 2020 and 31st May 2021 are Eligible for the offer.

3. Qualified Transaction – Single minimum Rs. 15,000 rental spend on CRED, NoBroker, Housing.com, Magic Bricks or PayTM during month 1 – 1st June 2021 to 30th June 2021 using HDFC Bank Credit Card. Similar transactions in month 2 and 3 are eligible only for HDFC Bank Credit Card customers who are winners of month 1.

4. Reward would be processed for winners in the form of gift vouchers. The customers can win a maximum of Rs. 2,021 gift voucher only if they make single minimum Rs. 15,000 spend or above mentioned rent platforms in each of the three months (June ’21, July ’21, August ‘21). Winners would be eligible for voucher from any one of Flipkart/ Amazon/ Max Fashion/ Myntra/ Fuel Voucher/ Amazon Prime (3 months) and much more.

5. Offer is not valid on cash withdrawal and loan products like, Cash-on-Call, Balance Transfer, Balance Transfer on EMI, EasyEMI, Dial an EMI, Personal Loan on Credit Card, etc.

6. Eligible Cardholders achieving the spend threshold (for the net total rental spent excluding cancellation and refunds) will qualify for offer.

7. Offer is applicable to HDFC Bank Credit Card customers having Retail or Business Cards only; Corporate and Commercial cards are excluded from the offer.

8. Wallet load including Payzapp transactions will not be considered for this campaign.

9. Card Holder will be Eligible for the offer only if transactions are completed during the offer period.

10. Month 1 gift vouchers for qualifiers would be processed by September 30th 2021, Month 2 gift vouchers would be processed by October 31st 2021 and Month 3 gift vouchers would be processed by November 30th 2021.

11. Returned purchases, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions and card membership fees will not be considered for this offer.

12. No two offers running on HDFC Bank Credit Cards can be clubbed together.

13. Corporate Cards, Commercial Cards, Dealer Cards, Distributor Cards, Value Plus Cards, Staff Cards are excluded from the promotion.

14. HDFC Bank Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this offer. Any participation is voluntary and the offer is being made purely on a ‘best effort’ basis.

15. This offer is non-convertible to either cash or alternate products, not extendable and non-negotiable.

16. ATM withdrawal will not be considered for the offer.

17. Classification of a retail transaction (Point of sale/Online) under a merchant category (Rent) will be defined by Visa/MasterCard or any other franchisee as applicable and the same will be used to arrive at Qualifiers.

18. In case the Cardholder cancels any transaction/s due to which he/she has qualified for the offer, then the Cardholder is not eligible for the offer. For partial refunds in case customer’s remaining balance does not qualify for the required benchmark amount then customer will no longer be eligible for the offer.

19. Card Holder/s whose account has been classified as delinquent before or during the currency of the Program, or when the gift is to be collected, will not be eligible for the benefits of the Program.

20. If the Cardholder ceases to be the Cardholder/s at any time during the Program period, all the benefits under the Program shall lapse and shall not be available to the Cardholder/s.

21. HDFC Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the Cardholder/s under the Program.

22. HDFC Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever if customer’s transaction fails due to technical issue.

23. HDFC Bank reserves the right to disqualify/ exclude any merchant establishment and/or Cardholder/s from the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise by use of the Card.

24. All queries with regards to the Offer will be valid/open for escalation only up to 90 days from the offer fulfilment date – post which the Bank will not entertain any queries.

25. This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.

26. HDFC Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.

27. Above offers is by way of a special offer for select HDFC Bank Credit Card and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card member agreement. The terms of the above offers shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the Card Members Agreement.

28. All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Chennai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
