Product is useful if you face frequent restarts on your modem because of power disruptions or voltage disruptions. Using it for few months now absolutely useful.

This is a really good product at price of ₹699 + additional discount if u have RBL or Au Card. I am using it since 6months. Normal tp link modem gives about 3-4hrs, Airtel Modem is about 2hrs

I am using since 6 months for Jio Fiber Modem. Giving 1.45 hours to 2 hours backup. For Hyderabad Location this duration is good enough.

I bought this on CRED 6 months back. using for my JIO Fiber router. I am from Bangalore, fortunately not much power cuts, and since i stay in apartment, we have a generator. So this mini ups is for standby as my earlier APC UPS almost dies after 5 years of usage. since this looks cute and small compared to bulky one earlier went for it. Only last week when i had a long power cut and generator had some issues, realized this one does not work. just in 5 minutes, it gets switched off.
tested couple of times and same result. sent email to support, no response. tried calling, but it keeps saying reach out on WhatsApp support. Today tried that option and surprisingly instead of chat bot human being responded. after giving all details and queries for 30 min, agreed for replacement as product is still under warranty.
hope my issue gets resolved with the new piece they are shipping.
