For those, who have received Visa CC from Bank Of Baroda.
You can request for a change and u will get RUPAY CC.
I tried this few days ago.
You will have to mail to following email addresses :

escalations@bobfinanci…om
crm@bobfinanci…om

I mailed on 30th March.

And after that i received emails regularly from different handles.

And yesterday i received an email that my Rupay card is dispatched.

Note- They Issued Premier Visa card before to me.

You can also apply PNB RuPay CC, Union bank, Yes bank, HDFC IndianOIL or Moneyback+, SBI BPCL, IRCTC, SimplySave, FBB, Yatra cards and all public sector banks issue RuPay credit cards.
