Acer Swift 3 and 3X are best in around 60k budget.
Swift 3 is Intel EVO certified which is cheapest you will find.
Core i5 11th Gen + 16GB RAM + 512GB SSD + Good Screen + Thin and Light
Swift 3X has all above but it is not Intel EVO certified and has in addition 32GB Intel Optane Memory + 4GB Intel Iris Max Graphics.
I got Swift 3X for 60k from Reliance Digital.
Only thing is if you buy from other places rather than acer authorised shops or acer online then you will not be able to add extra 2 years warranty.

Though Dell is good with laptops, last year I got an Inspiron at 65k and there was 10% icici cashback. I haven’t received that and post following up for almost 2 months they are saying the card you used was not eligible (icici amazonpay). The site won’t have any tnc links or if there is one, it never opens. Somehow a laptop I could have got for effective price of 60k, paid 65k.
