A customer can get only One voucher during the offer period
The customer should deposit the said amount as mentioned above within the offer period to be eligible for the offer
Voucher will be shared with the eligible customers by 31st March 2019
Customers can deposit the required amount through UPI/IMPS/NEFT/RTGS/Debit Card or Net Banking of other bank account or by depositing Cash at any Kotak Mahindra Branch
Eligible customers will be sent Voucher Details via SMS on their registered mobile number with the bank
The Offer is non-transferable, non encashable and non-negotiable
The voucher will be valid for 45 days from the date of receipt

The Bank shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy in the services rendered by BookMyShow its agents or representatives and the Customer hereby agrees not to hold the Bank responsible or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that he/she may suffer on account of the offer
The decision of the Bank in all matters in connection with and incidental to this offer is final and shall be binding on all persons
Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offer or otherwise relating here to shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai
