Medibuddy is a scam AFAIK.

Fake and cheat company as per lots and lots of reviews according to some feedback websites

Medibuddy is registered as docsApp (phasorz technologies)
Had very bad experience with these apps.
Even they don’t have any official mail kinda mail id, just see the “reply to” mail id😂. I bet they haven’t changed it yet, it was something like goutham kumar blah blah.

So much confusion

Medibuddy is primarily a corporate insurance TPA. They recently forayed into retail business like online doctor consultation, selling medicines, etc.

I’d NOT suggest you to use their services as their retail services are not refined imo. But if you can wait for few days for medicines/OTC products to be delivered, go ahead if the discount is good. Few customers facing difficulties does not mean their services are bad everywhere. But that definitely shows their attitude. So if you can deal with that, then try their services.

PS: My experience with medibuddy is about insurance only. Never tried their any other services as I don’t believe in video calling doctor or buying medicines at full prices, especially when pharmeasy provides a lot faster services! My employer has tie up with medibuddy TPA for corporate insurance. In past 4 years, I’ve made claims 3 times, all cashless, all went smooth & nice. I had to contact them for queries as well before surgery, and can tell you that all their customer service guys not not knowledgeable. So after 3 calls, my queries got cleared. Be prepared for this kind of service & you’ll be happy

Seems they have tie-up with Apollo Pharmacy for fulfillment in Chennai. Had placed 2 orders and got a call just now to confirm the products for 1st order and delivery is scheduled for tomorrow morning.

seems to be a valid website as banner is there on https://www.medibud...n/ and on MediBuddy app as well, also the domain remains the same only.

App and website differ i ordered but still not processed 3 days gone

Received the products few mins back and the products are genuine. Seems this is the first order being fulfilled by the nearby store after their tie-up with Medibuddy.

We purchased at the guarantee of Admin and he will be liable

My location is Chennai and the order was placed on 20th Oct & fulfilled by Apollo Pharmacy closest to my house. Apollo pharmacy representative himself came (I had ordered from them previously to use AMEX Shop Small offer) and delivered the order. They called and verified the order before delivery and gave the bill from Apollo Pharmacy with the original product price.
Mine is the first order to be delivered from that branch. I have another order placed on 21st Oct and it seems the store is yet to get that in their system.

Hope this clears all the doubt.

Update: While ordering on the product page, there is a filter available which specifies brand like Apollo, MediBuddy store, DocsApp store etc., It is possible I chose products are with the brand Apollo.

Their reviews on trustpilot website show just 1 star & many customers waiting for their refund since months

One of the order was cancelled by them directly
But they partially delivered items in the 2md ordered so I am not so happy neither too sad as well as far as their offer was concerned. Pharmeasy processed everything so everything was super fine.

It would have been great if they could arrange the products which are oos too..

I hope they process my refund ASAP now
