There is no way to refill the bottle for reuse with new soap solution. Overtime you have to buy a new refill. Not only does it turn out to be expensive in the long run, but it ends up generating so much plastic waste.

You can easily open it. There are videos on YouTube. First time it will be difficult to open. Then it will be very easy. I have two pieces. I have refilled several times with Palmolive and Dettol hand wash.
