The way dineout is managed now is pretty poor, looks like they are losing business and money struggling to survive

Last months experience as below
1. Booking not confirmed on 3 occasion even after 2 hrs, once canceled and twice went to restaurant and requested they said they haven’t got any intimation
2. Order confirmed for a restaurant which is closed, when chatted with Thier cc they dint even have record of which restaurant asked me to share restaurant name and said they will update in app, even after 1 week same restaurant was listed allowing booking
3. On 2 different occasions the restaurants denied to accept dineout pay saying they have dispute with dineout and cancelled
4. Dineout passport booking was not accepted at 1 restaurant saying they have cancelled the membership more than a month ago

And finally the dineout passport 1 year membership I had has now reduced benefits of 25% off on very few. Listed restaurants

GIRF is awesome. Last time i dined at 4-5 restaurants during GIRF and it was amazing experience. Saved a lot of money.

Similar in hyderabad… But support has always been so poor. Nowadays, confirmation is not happening because restaurants are not accepting. I think that is why they introduced pay via dineout directly(no reservation required) for some restaurants.

For hdfc card holders it’s an even bigger loot.. 50% Cashback upto 75 on booking fees plus upto 15% extra discount on the bill. Total off is 55% to 61.75% depending on card variant(considering you have enough promocash)

My was also expiring they have still not extended for 3 months on chat they told they will extend but till now they have not done have mail them for the same you can also try

Mine 1500 promo cash expired just a week back. I never thought of extending it since i have city specific membership while I am in my hometown since a few months where they don’t have good offers. Anyways I am not going out yet for food. It is a good tip though, will keep in mind.
