I called HDFC diners helpline today. They are now coming up with strange T&C. 10X partners transactions done between 1-7th Aug, will get 9X points after 90 days. Transactions done post 8thAug will get 9X in 2 days. I blasted that guy as the T&C on their website clearly say “New edition of 10X Rewards is live from 1 August to 31 December 2019” and there is no mention of 8th Aug. I have now made a complaint as to why are they not honoring their T&C. The point here is that HDFC cannot be trusted on anything. What they write on website as T&C vs what they follow behind customer’s back is contradictory and a malpractice for sure, with no transparency and accountability.
Seriously, then they are real shitty. What the hell with them.

Even I haven’t. Customer care told me that the points shall be credited after 2 working days of settlement. But it doesn’t seem true coz earlier I received points on Sunday. Something is going on..

it can be either, however if they are providing upgrade they will confirm with the user
will yatra → Wallets → PayZapp → Login & select added diners card and pay.
