This "Dream 11 RuPay Credit Card Offer" ("Promotion") is open to users of the Dream11 app who receive the communication on the Dream11 app. Under this Promotion, users who perform a transaction of INR 299 or above using RuPay Credit Card, during the Promotion Period (“defined below”) will be eligible to receive a cash bonus of INR 100 (“Bonus Amount”)
Please note our terms and conditions ("Terms") in this respect, as they govern your participation in the Promotion:
- Eligibility – Participation in the Promotion is only available to registered users of Dream11 who are eligible to participate in the pay-to-play Dream11 contests as per Dream11’s terms and conditions (accessible here) and have received in-app banner communication from Dream11
- By participating in this Promotion, user agrees to comply with these Terms, the Standard Terms and Conditions for Promotions and the terms and conditions of the Dream11 game (accessible here).
- The Promotion is only valid for transactions performed by the users using RuPay Credit card on Dream11 during the Promotion Period.
- The Promotion will be open for participation from Indian Standard Time ("IST") 00:00:00 hours on 29th March, 2023 till IST 23:30:00 hours on 30th April, 2023 ("Promotion Period").
- No other payment instruments (UPI, Wallet, Gift Card, etc.) are applicable on this Promotion
- In case the user does a transaction of less than INR 299, the user will not be eligible for the Bonus Amount.
- Subject to users’ compliance with these terms and conditions, Bonus Amount will be disbursed after forty eight (48) hours of successful RuPay Credit card transaction.
- Offer can be availed only once per card during the offer period.
- Unutilized Bonus Amount will expire in 14 days from the date that it has been credited
- The Bonus Amount cannot be clubbed with any other coupon or offers available with the user and/ or the Dream11 platform.
- Once the Bonus Amount is utilized in part or whole, the user cannot claim any refund of the deposit amount.

Bro if 48 hrs have passed then u should raise complaint regarding it.
