• The offer is applicable only for select American Express Cardmembers. A Cardmember is eligible for this offer only if he/she has received an offer communication directly from American Express through any of its channels. What all insurers are valid for this transaaction?
As per my understanding, any transaction done on insurance providers gateway should be eligible. Payment via third party providers may come under different category like utility
Also, no cap on number of transactions, no?
Mail not received .. needed this offer as I need to pay 25k*2 insurance premiums
Why this offer is user specific? Only target based spend offer should be user specific.. 
Got in one account. Discount is approx 5% and max amount is 33k approx for full benefit .

Didn’t check bro. From my experience, amex will entertain so long as the transaction is done on insurance portal. Payments via wallet based products may not be categorised under insurance payments.
any idea about difference between membership reward points and threshold rewards points.
received communication from amex—-receive 7500 membership rp and 7500 threshold rp on spending 1.9 lacs.
so do we get 15000 rp on spending1.9 lacs. ??

Yes recommend to pay directly on the insurance portal with no card routing in between.

Better approach their care. They usually are knowledgeable in these matters, also it will act as assurance in case the rewards are not given.
For Membership Rewards card Reward rate is showing like:
“Earn 1 Membership Rewards® Point for every2 Rs. 50 spent except for spend on Fuel, Insurance, Utilities, Cash Transactions and EMI conversion at Point of Sale2.”
If we don’t get base points for insurance payments, how we will earn multiplier points?
That’s the standard tnc. But during these promotion periods is one get the bonus rewards
