Not sure what's going on in Amazon.. When it comes to Cycle price the seller change the price abruptly (Putting the price at dirt cheap rate) .. then take orders and never deliver and then we get refund after a week and headache.. I want to know what business model and the objectives of the seller is trying to achieve. Any idea as what business model would love to keep on taking orders and never deliver to it's customers..

I think they will hold the money for almost 2 weeks and enjoy intrest on the money collected, not sure though, i have gone through this nonsense for some products earlier

I don't think seller will be receiving money before delivery of the product.
Even after delivery of the product there must be some waiting time for seller to get the money.

The Amazon system is mapped with Shipping partner website & third party delivery partner website. So it can't be marked Delivered deliberately manually. Even if it's marked Delivered, then based on your location & Delivered location distance difference you will be given refund.
