880 m3/hr means distance from exhaust port from window should be max 6-8 feet.
If gap is 10-12 feet only buy 1000 m3/hr .
Ignoring the above you will waste your money and chimney will only be for show.

Don’t buy this as I have already using one since 6 months. Delicate panels and if one of the filter got damaged we need to but two as a set which is worth of 2000\-. better to buy high end model which will have less maintenance like this.
I got this for 3779 only on 2019 dec.
