My Swiggy Money Gift card purchased from FAVE on 1st March (showig valid till 28th August 2023), showed decativated while trying to add on 29th March. On contacting Swiggy got the following reply:
"We have checked that the code-shared by you was valid till Mar 23 23:59:00 IST 2023."
This indicates that FAVE is selling short term validity Swiggy GVs with false description of validity. It would be better to add them immediately to Swiggy wallet. Traders must avoid FAVE as the GV may expire much before the displayed validity date
