confirmed with cc- they are saying icici cashback will get in 90 days 
Most card cashbacks have that kind of timeline
Just to tell you , I’ve earlier received cashback in ICICI and Kotak cards for pharmeasy offers and they were credited few months later only

Yes i got once.
Payment gateway is paytm and even in statement it showed paytm but still got cashback.
