Terms of Participation: 'Samsung Wallet UPI offer 1. 'Samsung Wallet UPI offer' campaign, herein, referred as the 'Campaign' (the "Offer") is run jointly by Samsung India Electronics Private Limited (“Samsung”) and Razorpay Software Private Limited (“Razorpay”) on the Razorpay Checkout Page or at the checkout page hosted by Razorpay Merchants. The campaign has started from 16th Oct, 2024 till 31st Dec, 2024 (“Campaign Period/Offer Period”) and shall be valid for all Samsung Wallet users (hereinafter referred to as the “user”).

2. Under this Campaign, a user needs to successfully complete the transaction on the merchant checkout page using Samsung Wallet UPI to be eligible for INR 100 cashback.


3. Users can avail this offer, maximum 4 times in a calendar month on eligible merchants. Minimum order value on Merchant’s Checkout to avail cashback is INR 100.


4. Cashback will be credited within 3 business days directly to users’ bank account through which the payment was made post completing the transaction.


5. Samsung reserves the right to ask (via email/phone-call/SMS/WhatsApp etc.) for any other information as it deems fit, in relation to cashback.


6. The participation for the Offer is voluntary. Participation in this Offer constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. By participating in this Offer, Users agrees to receive communication(s) from Samsung and/or its authorized third party agency relating to the Campaign and Users unconditionally agrees not to make any claim or raise any complaint against Samsung and/or its officers, directors, employees, subsidiary or any authorized third party agency in this respect.
