Checklist for those who r ordering medicine online :

• Always check expiry date /manufacturer info, 
• batch number & marketer/distributor details written on medicines(can call manufacturer helpline and verify batch no etc to confirm genuinity of medicines 
• ensure seller is not reported as fraud by searching on Google. 
• There will be additional sticker with unique code on each strip (if it's a reputed pharmacy) it is additional measure.

To add to list do check tablet physically. I once got slightly different colored tablets when compared to my trusted offline store. After raising request, they asked me if I want to return the meds. I confirmed genuinity by verifying batch number from manufacturer. This was some 4 yrs ago when epharmacy was in its baby steps. 

To add to take medicines, India has poor system for quality control. This means any medicine can have variations in active component. Some reputed manufactures have their own qc check to ensure each tablet has the exact amount of medicine as mentioned on  the packet. But now many local manufacturers are on the rise & epharmacy has made access to these very easy. Many of these don't have any qc checks. So be aware of these before buying. Epharmacy is just a seller, manufacturer is the person who produces medicine. You can always confirm from cc and if you doubt you can return the medicine. They hv to accept returns in that case as selling /encouraging fake medicine is a crime & they can be sued for that.
