1. What is the Offer?
The Offer is 15% discount up to Rs 150 Instant Discount on a range of products sold on Flipkart Platform upon paying through ‘Flipkart Pay Later’ for the first time (only available to customers of Flipkart Pay Later’ product) also known as “Buy Now Pay Later” from 08th September 2021 00:00 hrs to 14th September 2021 23:59 hrs. Minimum order value is Rs. 500.
2. What is the eligibility for availing the offer? Is there a minimum cart value required?
Flipkart Pay Later is only available to select customers and only those Pay Later customers (KYC required) who are approved before or between 08th September 2021 00:00 hrs to 14th September 2021 23:59 hrs can avail the offer subject to the applicable terms and conditions of Flipkart Pay Later The offer is valid on a range of products on Flipkart Platform sold by sellers (‘Eligible Products’), upon paying by ‘Flipkart Pay Later’ checkout option. The minimum cart value required to avail this offer is Rs 500 with maximum discount which can be availed is Rs 150. This offer is only applicable on first transaction for new customers of ‘Flipkart Pay Later’ product.
3. How do I check if a product is an Eligible Product?
Offer is applicable only for the customers of ‘Flipkart Pay Later’ product and only for new Pay Later customers on their first transaction. Please check if the offer is listed on the product page, before making the purchase.

4. Can I avail this offer more than once?
No. It is available for only 1 (one) transaction for new customers of ‘Flipkart Pay Later’ product who have been approved after finishing their application process (KYC required) and on their first transaction using Flipkart Pay Later.
5. Will I get the offer if I pay through Flipkart Gift Card partially?
Discount is only valid if a full transaction is made through ‘Flipkart Pay Later’. This offer will not apply in case of partial payment through Flipkart Gift Card.
6. Will I get the offer if I pay using Credit Card/Debit Card/Netbanking or PhonePe/UPI?
No, the offer is applicable only on ‘Flipkart Pay Later’ transactions.
7. Will I get the offer If I purchase the product(s) using the Pre-Book facility?
No, the offer will not be valid on purchases made through the Pre-Book facility.
8. Is there a cap on the maximum discount value that can be availed via this offer?
Yes, maximum instant discount which can be availed is 15% up to a maximum of Rs 150.

PRELIMINARY
1. This marketing program (“Offer”) is being run by Flipkart Advanz Private Limited (“FAPL”) on www.flipka...om, Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all three collectively “Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”). It is open only to new customers of the Flipkart Pay Later facility (“Pay Later”) & residents of India (“Customers”).
2. By participating in this Offer (defined below), Customers agree to be bound by:
a.these terms and conditions (“T&C”);
b.the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions for Gift Cards (http://www.flipkart.com/buy-gift-v...er) and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Website; and
c. all applicable terms and conditions of FAPL and its partner financial institutions.

3. To be eligible for this Offer, a Customer’s application for Pay Later must be submitted on the Platform and approved before or between 08th September 2021 00:00 hrs to 14th September 2021 23:59 hrs
4. Further, subject to these terms and conditions, eligible Customers can avail an instant discount of 15% up to INR 150 on their purchase from certain ranges of products sold on Flipkart Platform by sellers when purchased using the Flipkart Pay Later checkout option.
5. Eligible Customers will be able to avail this Offer between 08th September 2021 00:00 hrs to 14th September 2021 23:59 hrs (“Offer Period”).
6. Customers must transact for a minimum of Rs 500 to be eligible for this Offer in conjunction with all terms and conditions being fulfilled.
7. The Offer can be applied only once per Customer in the Offer Period and on their first Pay Later transaction. It cannot be applied on multiple orders during the Offer Period. The Offer cannot be clubbed with other offers.
8. Customers will not be eligible for the Offer if their application for Pay Later is not approved by FAPL’s financing partner(s).
9. The Offer will not apply on the following products: gold, gold jewellery, and electronic gift vouchers
