Flipkart’s Chandi Hi Chandi will reward the first 50 customers to shop every hour from the eligible products where this offer is mentioned on the product page (“Eligible Products”) during the Big Bachat Dhamaal with an Electronic Gift Voucher (EGV) of value equivalent to the lowest cost of a 5gm Silver Coin or Rs. 650, whichever is lower. Contest will run across the app, msite, and desktop versions of Flipkart, with the first 50 customers to shop from across all platforms chosen to receive the EGV.

What is the offer duration?

The Offer will commence at 00:00 hrs on November 19th, 2021 and end at 23:59 hrs on November 21st, 2021.

Who is eligible to win?

The first 50 customers to shop during any hour of the sale from the eligible from the eligible products as where this offer is mentioned on the product pages (“Eligible Products”) are eligible to win. Customers must be residents of India, above 18 years of age at the time of the contest.

If I’ve won on the 1st day, can I win again?

Any customer is eligible to win only once during the event duration from 00:00 hrs on November 19th, 2021 to 23:59 hrs on November 21st, 2021.

Will I still be eligible to win if I cancel my order?

No, only orders that have been successfully delivered and have completed their return period will be eligible to win.

PRELIMINARY

o This Offer (defined below) is being run by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”) on www.flipka...om, Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all three collectively “Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”).

• By participating in this Offer (defined below), the user (“Customer” or “You” or “Your”) agrees to be bound by;

OFFER DETAILS

• The Offer will commence at 00:00 hrs on 00:00 hrs on November 19th, 2021 to 23:59 hrs on November 21st, 2021(“Offer Period”). To participate in the Offer, You must do/ fulfil the following:

o Age must be 18 years or above;

o Must have a valid account on the Platform and log into the same;

o Buy the Eligible Products during the Offer Period;

o The Offer can be availed only once during the Offer Period by You.

• Upon fulfilling the above requirements subject to these T&Cs, the first 50 buyers will receive an EGV- Flipkart’s Electronic Gift Voucher ) each of value equivalent to the lowest cost of a 5gm Silver Coin or Rs. 650, whichever is lower (“Benefits/Rewards”) between 00:00 hrs on November 19th, 2021 to 23:59 hrs on November 21st, 2021 (“Redemption Period”).

• Winners will be announced on the Platform and/or notified by SMS on or before 20th December, 2021.

• Winners will have the EGV directly added to their gift card balance on or before 20th December, 2021, and will be valid for a period of 365 days.

• You acknowledge and confirm that You are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorised persons. You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstanding and Flipkart shall not be responsible in any manner.

• When logged in to Your registered account, You will see the details of the Benefits as an Offer callout on the relevant product page.

• In the event of cancellation or returns of the Product/s, You will not be eligible for the Offer and the related Benefits.

• You can refer to the product listing page to check applicability of the Offer on the Product/s or Eligible Product/s.

• The Offer is valid on all modes of payment.

• The Reward can be availed only once by You during the Redemption Period and only against one transaction during the Offer Period.

• You agree to check the product page for the applicability of the Offer before purchasing the Product/Benefit.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• This Offer is valid only in India [except for the state of Tamil Nadu, for luck based offers].

• The Offer is open to only end consumers and not the resellers of the products.

• Reward and products are for limited inventory and subject to availability. Flipkart will not be responsible for non-availability of the products.

• Cancellation of individual items in an offer will cancel all other items this offer is applied on.

• Returns/replacement is allowed as per the Returns Policy.

• Replacement is allowed in case of damaged or defective items.

• Reward shall not be settled with cash in lieu and are not transferable.

• Flipkart reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate, withdraw, suspend, amend, extend, modify, add or remove portions of this Contest/ Offer, at any time without any prior written notice.

• Participants are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary, and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.

• Flipkart reserve the right to disqualify You from the benefits of this Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for availing the benefits under this Offer.

• Flipkart reserve the right to determine the eligibility and such determination shall be as per the terms of this T&C. The decision of Flipkart in this regard shall be final.

• The Offer shall be subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Flipkart.

• Flipkart shall not be responsible for any failure, loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Offer.

• Pictures of Eligible Products shown in the communication sent either through mailers or displayed on the Platform, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual Eligible Products. None of the parties shall under any circumstances be responsible towards the same.

• Flipkart will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of any additional benefits offered by Sellers on the Platform and the same shall be at the sole risk and consequences of the Sellers.

• Flipkart does not endorse the products sold on the Platform and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of such products, which shall be at the sole liability and responsibility of the seller.

• Flipkart shall not be responsible for the fulfilment of this Offer, which shall be the sole responsibility and liability of the respective Seller. Flipkart shall not entertain or responsible for any queries/complaints regarding the fulfillment of Offer.

• You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Flipkart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws by You; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Your part.

• This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.

• The Offer shall be subject to the Income-Tax Act, 1961 and all disbursements shall be subject to TDS, as applicable.

• All government levies etc. shall be payable by You as applicable at the time the respective Offers were offered.

• Any query regarding this Offer will be entertained only till 20th December 2021. Post such date Flipkart will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any persons.

• Flipkart will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of any additional benefits offered by the Seller and the same shall be at the sole risk and consequences of the Seller and without reference to Flipkart.

• Further, as required by applicable law, if You make a purchase of an amount equal to or above INR 2,00,000.00 or such other amount as prescribed under applicable law during the Offer, You will be required to upload a scanned copy of Your PAN card on the Platform, within 4 days of making the purchase, failing which, the purchase made by You will be cancelled. The requirement to submit the PAN card arises only once and if it has been submitted once by You, it need not be submitted again. Your order will be cancelled if there is a discrepancy between Your name and the name on the PAN Card.
