Seems to be liquid base, and those honestly are good enough to just spray on surfaces, not skin. A lot of sanitizers being sold right now are just diluted alcohol.

With liquid base , Issue is nothing.Company provides a gel based because it consists of aloe vera to prevent your skin from drying up.

In liquid base , it mainly consists of all alcohol (70%) . I Bought this liquid base so that i can put it in spray bottle and spray all over the infected surfaces.
