Refined oil is bad for health it’s true
Try going for cold pressed oil but that is expensive so you can use physical refined oil not much of difference and at same cost as refined oil

Sunflower oil is poison Don’t buy even if its free, if your budget is low use mustard oil nd if you can afford use virgin olive oil
