And then when I’m trying to add money using any credit cards or prepaid cards or even Rupay prepaid cards, nothing is working.
Only debit cards are allowed.

I thought so but didn’t know how to get a min kyc wallet.
I had 10 rupees in my wallet and it was in blocked state and the unblock option was asking me to enter Aadhaar details and complete KYC process.

Last time i checked, Airtel give option to untick Airtel payments bank opening and complete the kyc process for Airtel wallet only.
Anyways if your Airtel bank account open then contact Airtel support and close your bank account.
