Enter your mobile number and OTP,

Same, on jio number otp is not working… on voda its working… earlier it was working with jio also

your wallet balance is zero ? and dnt load directly on Airtel wallet.

load through Airtel net banking website,  Airtel net banking payment page you will get add money option, after login.

In one account I am not getting OTP.

In another the after clicking add money and pay, it’s not going through.

My Airtel wallet too become dormant(non usage) and I visited Airtel store and did Aadhar biometric KYC again, resulting in opening of Airtel Payments Bank account.

I am not able to pay credit card bill via Amazon—->Airtel Payment gateway—->Funngro rupay card since last many days.

Is anyone facing the same issue? Any workaround? I have money stuck in the Funngro account.
