Overall Offer Terms and Conditions
1. The customer (“Customer”) can avail offers at food outlets (includes both online and offline food outlets) predefined by Freecharge (“Foodie Pass Offers”).
2. Rs. 7000 per month is an approximate amount – calculated at the highest available discount of 15% off on the total bill – with the avg. bill Rs. 1500/day.
3. The Foodie Pass Offers are valid for from 13th February onward (‘’Offer period’’)
4. The Customer will be eligible for the Foodie Pass Offers only if the transactions are completed through Freecharge Application using Freecharge – Balance, UPI, net banking, Credit Card, Debit Card. Freecharge Application means m-site/website/mobile application operated by Freecharge through payment via Freecharge Wallet/UPI.
5. The Foodie Pass Offers at each food outlet (includes both online and offline food outlets) are different and subject to the respective terms and conditions available below.
6. The Foodie Pass Offers and food outlets participating are subject to change during the Offer Period at the sole discretion of Freecharge.
7. Freecharge reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to this offer or discontinue this offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
8.Freecharge reserves the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of this offer in case of any illegal, suspicious, fraudulent or potentially fraudulent transaction/activity or misuse of the Offer.
9. In case of any disputes, Freecharge’s decision shall be final.

4. The discount amount and eligibility criteria may vary with restaurant to restaurant based on the merchants.
5. This discount Offer is valid from 13th Feb 2020 onward.
6. This offer is valid only on Credit, Debit, Netbanking & UPI payments.
7. Two offers can’t be clubbed together.
8 This offer has no monetary value, is not transferable, is not for sale or re-sale nor redeemable for cash.
9. Freecharge reserves the right to disqualify any Freecharge Account from the benefits of this offer in case of any fraudulent activity/suspicious transactions.
10. Freecharge reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to this offer or discontinue this offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. In case of any disputes, Freecharge’s decision shall be final.
