FreeCharge and Mobikwik have there own set of rules, we can never guess or claim anything with these two.
I hope you may used a payment method (CC/DC) which is previously used in another account.
Problem is at their end, it’s not related to account block
Main account used in single device still same error
Two of my main accs. (installed in separate devices ) met the same fate after utilising the recent 5% CB upto 15 offer on UPI QR Scan but not the third one (again in a different device ). I had sent money to the same no. (another FC acc., only the web for sometime now) from all 3.
Got the code, it applies successfully too but can someone tell me whether airtel DTH supports 100 rupee recharge? Because when i enter 100 it shows 26 channels and services for 1 month, but when i enter 200 it doesn’t show anything! I guess minimum 200 is needed then to add to main balance but 100 won’t be added to main balance but activate some BS service only?
For the first transaction done in the afternoon cashback was instant. But for a few more done late in the evening “cashback is being processed”.
I did one in the evening of 26th and 2 before midnight. No cashback on any three. Clicking on NEED HELP and selecting ‘Issue with cashback’ it says I forgot to apply the code! However, I did apply it and even got the confirmation that it was applied. Freecharge pulled a Mobikwik on me 
I have retained ss where it shows RDAY50 was applied and cashback is being processed. I did it from web.

Cashback is yet to be credited in the one account for which I had contacted FC CC on Twitter.
