Freecharge upto 500 cashback banner showing again after 1st scratch card as well

can someone clearly mention the steps to avail cashback – on what it works and what it does not. i have not paid any bills in may yet on freecharge.

I got 16 rs for 10 rs recharge

How many time can I get cashback form same id

worked. this time got 13 on 10.
last time got blnt on 555.
This means FreeCharge upni aukat sirf rs.10 ki hi samjhta hai.
