Can you please suggest a few better alternatives? I don't require bluetooth calling, but I want reliable health tracking.
My current Fastrack watch is totally useless. It counts 15,000 steps on days when I work entirely at my desk. Moreover, its sensors are only for show; they are not accurate.

Not at all good in terms of accuracy. At least it's not too expensive.
