2. How can I avail this offer?

Just go through the normal purchase process and checkout with the eligible products. On the payment page, please select the newly saved VISA Card.

3. What cards are eligible for the offer?

All valid and current Visa Credit, Debit and Prepaid Cards issued in India and not previously saved on Amazon.in are eligible for the offer

4. What is the minimum transaction size for the offer?

As long as Rs 500 is spent on the card for purchase of eligible products, you will be eligible for the offer.

5. What is the maximum discount that I can avail?

The maximum discount possible per new VISA Card across Amazon.in Site and App is Rs 100.

6. Is discount applicable on debit and credit cards?

Yes, the discount is available on both Debit and Credit VISA Cards

7. Can I avail discount on EMI?

No, the discount is not applicable on EMI.

8. When and where will the cashback be credited?

Cashback will be credited as Amazon Pay balance by 15th November, 2020 (provided the order is not canceled, rejected or returned). You can view your available Amazon Pay balance on http://www.amazon.in/viewsta...nt. This Amazon Pay balance is redeemable across products on Amazon.in and partner sites.

9. My payment failed while placing the order, will I be eligible for the offer?

Terms and Conditions

1. This limited term promotional offer (“Offer”) is made available to you on the website amazon.in and the corresponding mobile site and mobile application (collectively, “Amazon.in”) by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“ASSPL”) along with Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“APIPL”) and provided by Visa Worldwide Pte Limited (“Visa”).

2. This Offer is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current Visa Credit, Debit or Prepaid Card(each a “Visa Card”) issued in India and yet to be saved on Amazon.in (“Eligible Cardholders”).

3. The Offer terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which Eligible Cardholders agree to by using Amazon.in. To the extent the Conditions of Use & Sale are inconsistent with these T&Cs, these T&Cs shall prevail with respect to the Offer only.

4. This Offer is valid from 9th September 2020 to 30th Septemeber 2020 (“Offer Period”) both days included, unless extended or revoked without notice and without liability by Visa or APIPL, in their sole discretion.

5. To be eligible to avail this Offer, an Eligible Cardholder is required to save the Visa Card in their Amazon.in account for the first time prior to undertaking the Eligible Transaction (defined below).

6. Any Eligible Cardholder who makes a purchase on Amazon.in for a minimum of INR 500, excluding purchases made on Mobile Phones and Gift Cards (“Product Purchase”) during the Offer Period; and chooses to pay for such a transaction using a Visa Card (such transaction that complies with both the above conditions, “Eligible Transaction”), will be eligible to receive 10% cashback. This benefit being provided under the Offer is hereinafter referred to as “Cashback”. The Cashback will be credited to the Eligible Cardholder’s Amazon.in account, which was used to complete the Eligible Transaction, in the form of Amazon Gift Cards, issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited, and redeemable as Amazon Pay balance. The use and redemption of Amazon Gift Cards and use of Amazon Pay balance are subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

7. Notwithstanding anything contained in these Offer Terms, this Offer is not applicable on the purchase of the following products (see product page for offer eligibility):

• Gift Card(s) (Amazon branded and Non Amazon branded)
• Recharges and Bill Payments
• Travel and movie tickets
• Kindle e-books
• Subscription Program – Prime , Kindle Unlimited, Audible
• Amazon Pay balance
• Smartphones/Mobile Devices
• Gold and Silver Coins
• Infant Nutrition

8. For the avoidance of doubt:

(a) if a customer has not registered as a card-on-file customer with Amazon, i.e. has not saved his/her Visa Card in their Amazon.in account for the first time prior to making an Eligible Transaction, he/she will not be eligible to receive the Cashback under this Offer;

(b) complete payment for the Eligible Transaction(s) must be made using the Visa Card, i.e. Eligible Transaction with multiple payment modes will not be eligible for this Offer, whether or not any of such payment method is a Visa Card;

© an existing registered card-on-file customer with Amazon will not be eligible to receive the Cashback under this Offer;

(d) the Cashback can be availed by the Eligible Cardholders for Eligible Transactions undertaken using the Visa Card, subject to a maximum Cashback of INR 100 per Visa Card. It is hereby clarified that an Eligible Cardholder will not be entitled to Cashback beyond INR 100 on the same Visa Card, notwithstanding the number of Eligible Transactions made using such Visa Card;

9. The Cashback under this Offer shall be provided to the Eligible Cardholders by 15th November 2020.

10. This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer being concurrently run on Amazon.in or available in relation to the Eligible Card.

11. Customers completing transactions using the pay on delivery payment method are not eligible to receive the Cashback.

12. The Offer is not valid for customers paying with Mastercard, American Express, RuPay, Discover, Diners or any other credit / debit cards other than Visa Cards.

13. In the event an Eligible Transaction consists of multiple products including products other than Essential Product Purchase, this Offer can only be availed in relation to     Essential Product Purchase.

14. In case the Eligible Cardholder either returns or refunds the product or cancels the Eligible Transaction or an Eligible Transaction is cancelled for any reason whatsoever, such Eligible Transaction will not qualify for the Offer. However, if Cashback has been received by the Eligible Cardholder, amount of the Cashback will be deducted from the transaction amount, at the time of refund to the Eligible Cardholder (if any). For the avoidance of doubts, it is clarified that the mode of refund will be governed by the applicable terms.

15. If the order is cancelled, returned in part, the Cardholder will qualify for the Offer only for the items in the order which are not cancelled or returned (subject to conditions mentioned in the above clauses).

16. Under no circumstances will the Cashback under this Offer be settled in cash in lieu thereof by Visa, APIPL or ASSPL.

17. By availing this Offer, every customer expressly agrees that neither Visa nor APIPL nor ASSPL (or any of their affiliates) will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer.

18. Any disputes arising out of this Offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.

19. Cardholders are not bound in any manner to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary.

20. Visa and/or APIPL reserve the right to extend or withdraw the Offer, or modify or change any of the T&Cs at any time without prior notice and without any liability.

21. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by Visa or APIPL or ASSPL to conduct further, similar or other offers.

22. The above Offer is by way of a special offer and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the Visa card member agreement between a Cardholder and the issuing bank.

23. Any query or issue in relation to the Cashback or this Offer will be entertained only up to 30th November and can be directed to Amazon.in Customer Support. Post such period, no communication will be entertained regarding this Offer or Benefit.

24. Any person availing this Offer would be deemed to have accepted these T&Cs.
