Get 10% Assured Cash Back on All Spends on IndusInd Iconia American Express Credit card on Sundays

For the purpose of this Program, IndusInd Bank Iconia American Express Credit Cardholders need to spend a combined minimum of INR. 4,000 on all Sundays of each month. For instance, August has 4 Sundays (6th, 13th, 20th and 27th), the Cardholder’s total spends on 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th Aug should be INR 4000 or more.
 For the purpose of this promotion, “Program Period” means all Sundays in the period starting from 1st
August 2017 to 31st October 2017.
 Under this Promotion, Eligible Cardholders using their IndusInd Bank Iconia American Express Credit Card
for Purchase of INR. 4000 or more during the program period will get 10% CashBack on their Sunday Spends.
 The maximum CashBack per Cardholder during each month of the Program Period will be restricted to INR
500.
 The CashBack will be processed to the Cardholder’s account latest by 45 days succeeding the Calendar
month end. For instance, the CashBack for August will be processed by 15th October and so on.

I would have gone for BOI Cards but I have one LIC bill to pay.

Yes, there are other options too if it was a case where i was desperately waiting to buy one.
Eg: 6% CB in form of reward points through HDFC Diners rewards from Amazon with 75 shipping on 10K card.
2.5% CB in form of RP using SBI Simply Click from Amazon (and using constantly would help me get ever so close to the 2 lac annual threshold for 2K gift card), Multiple trxns using Amex cards (primary + add-on) to get the 1K or 2K BMS voucher benefit and last but not the least, ICICI – spend 15K and get assured 1K voucher of something. Options are many but all r notional benefits… and same is vice-versa… its a notional loss for me even if i dnt buy the BOI cards using SCB offer.

I put myself in Seller/Shopclues shoes and decide things. They want to sell their cards but want to play on our emotions. In case we don’t buy they will earn nothing and we won’t loose a thing(Good Scenario). In case they keep shipping charges to normal value, We buy, Seller and SC earn. So everyone is happy(Best Scenario).
Buying cards on inflated shipping charges is worst scenario for me, For every single month you don’t use your card, you loose 0.5% interest on you money. Now its upto Youfirst and Shopclues to decide, If they want to earn or not.

As per my understanding 5000 in total to get max cashback
but you can also spend upto 4k, But only on Aug Sundays.

Why this is not FPD till now? Even a major Cashback programme.

Btw i got the iconia Amex card now. How do I know if I am eligible for the offer for September or not???

I haven’t received for any month as of now. I will contact customer care today.

I got for all 3 months and got another credit entry into my bill with heading “Excess cashback reversed” but it is showing in payments so don’t know how it is reversed.
Did anybody else got this entry?

I called customer care today. She told that she is able to see two cashback for my account. Strangely, they are not visible to me.
She raised a complaint against netbanking. Hopefully on 18th, with my month statement, I will be able to see cashback amount.

I got 4 cashbacks of 500 rs in my statement generated today. Though they rolled back 1000 bucks. So August and September cashback i guess. October will come in due time. Cheers.
