Terms & Conditions

  1. This marketing program (“Program”) is from HDFC Bank Ltd. under an arrangement with Reliance Retail Limited for“Reli...”) and is open to all residents of India holding a valid and unexpired HDFC Credit & Debit Card (“Cardholder”) and to whom a communication is sent either by HDFC and/or Reliance.
  2. The Validity of the Program is only between Wednesday’s 17th February & 24th February 2021 from 00:01 to 11:59, unless extended by HDFC Bank and Reliance.
  3. Under this program:
  • Cardholder can avail Cash back offer from HDFC Bank on purchases at, using HDFC Credit or Debit card as below, during the Program Period.



Rs. 2000 and above

10% upto INR 500

  1. Maximum Cash back per card account per month during the Program Period will be Rs. 500.00. Cashback will be posted only on non-delinquent accounts at the time of cashback fulfillment.
  2. Multiple transactions summing up to Rs. 2000.00 on a HDFC Card level will not be eligible for the offer.
  3. Cashback on Credit Card transactions will get posted as regular cashback credit to the card and for Debit Card Transactions as cashback points.
  4. Cashback point proceeds shall be posted to customer’s Debit Card after 90 days from the month of transaction. Customer will need to redeem these Cashback points by logging into Net Banking or calling Phone Banking and request for redemption of the Cashback points. Every 1 Cashback Point is equal to Re.1
  5. Cash back to be credited to the Card Holder’s account by 30th May 2021.
  6. Any query regarding the cash back will be entertained by HDFC Bank till 60 days from offer fulfillment date. Post such date; HDFC will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from any cardholder.
  7. In case of full cancellation/return of order, transaction will not qualify for the Offer under this program. If customer cancels a part of his/her order, or if customer has not been supplied full order, he/she will qualify for the Offer only on the net amount paid on the basis eligibility.
  8. HDFC does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under the Program and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, delivery or after sales service of such products which shall be at the sole liability to Reliance.
  9. The cash back offer/ benefits under these Programs cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discount extended by the Reliance on or participating brands as part of any other arrangement.
  10. All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc., that are being offered can be availed by the Cardholders apart of this exclusive offer as mentioned in the communication.
  11. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on our website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. HDFC Bank or Reliance shall under no circumstances be responsible towards the same.
  12. Products offered under this Program are subject to availability with the Reliance and accordingly HDFC bank or Reliance in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the products.
  13. Under no circumstance will the offer being offered under this Program be settled with cash in lieu by HDFC bank or by Reliance
  14. Reliance shall not be held responsible or liable to the Cardholder for non-receipt of cash back offer under the Program from HDFC Bank and Cardholder has to raise all its disputes or differences related to Program, if any with HDFC Bank only.
  15. All government Levies like GST, TDS, any Local Tax, etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time the respective Programs were offered.
  16. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by Reliance for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at Mumbai and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against Reliance.
  17. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Programs. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on best effort basis.
  18. HDFC Bank or Reliance reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this program at any time with or without any prior notice.
  19. All disputes under the Program shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai only.
