Returning Paytm Users

1. Who: Users who haven't used Paytm for

transactions in the last 2 months but have a bank a/c

linked.

2. Transaction Requirements:

a. Minimum 1 transaction by scanning any QR code at

any shop via UPI.

b. Minimum 1 transaction for recharge or bill payment

(excluding fastag, movie ticket booking) via UPI, Debit,

or Credit card.

c. Minimum 1 UPI money transfer to any mobile

number, bank account, or UPI ID.

3. Rewards for You:

a. 50 cashback when your friend makes their 1st

Note: If your VPA handle is not in the format: mobile

Are there any other eligibility conditions for referral?

Yes, you and your friend must meet all the eligibility

conditions below to be considered eligible for the

referral reward:

1. Your friend must click the shared referral link, scan

your referral QR, or apply your referral code before

making the payment.

2. Only specified transactions count towards eligibility,

which must be completed within 7 days for the referral

to be successful.

3. If your friend is referred by multiple users, the

reward goes to the user whose link was clicked last.

4. Multiple accounts on the same device count as one

referral only.

5. Both you and your friend must use different devices

for the referral reward.

6. If your friend has already installed or signed up on

Paytm, the referral link must be clicked before the

eligible transaction.

Is there any limit on the number of referrals?

You can win rewards for referring up to a total of 50

users (new or returning users) per month.

How to find the cashback won?

You can view your cashback by:

1. Visiting the Cashback & Offers page on the app in

the "Cashback Won" section.

2. Checking the Cashback Summary section on the

app.

Will My Friend Also Win a Reward?

Yes, Paytm offers rewards for both new and returning

users. These offers are available on the app's

homepage, and your friend can make their first

payment to win rewards.

How to resolve the issues with Referral Rewards?

Tip: Only select users on Paytm are eligible for the

Refer & Win program. If you see "No Refer & Win offers

available for you," the program is not available to you.

If you've met all conditions and haven't received your

reward, visit the Help & Support section on the app

and create a support ticket under 'UPI Money Transfer."
